1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any mobile application published by Adamal Games ("we," "our," or "us") (collectively, "Apps"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our Apps.

Our Apps are intended for children aged 3-7 and should be used under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using our Apps, you confirm that you are a parent/guardian or have obtained parental/guardian consent.

2. Service Description

Adamal Games provides educational mobile games designed to help children learn through interactive play. Our Apps are available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

3. Subscriptions

Our Apps offer the following subscription options:

• Monthly subscription — auto-renewing on a monthly basis
• Yearly subscription — auto-renewing on an annual basis
• Lifetime access — one-time purchase with no renewal

Subscriptions are managed and billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

To cancel a subscription, use your device's App Store or Google Play subscription management settings. We cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf as billing is handled entirely by the platform providers.

4. Intellectual Property

All content in our Apps — including but not limited to text, graphics, illustrations, animations, audio, characters, logos, and software code — is the exclusive property of Adamal Games and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and international treaties.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on any content from our Apps without our prior written consent.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our Apps
• Attempt to circumvent any security features or subscription mechanisms
• Use our Apps for any unlawful purpose
• Distribute or make our Apps available to unauthorized third parties
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

6. Parental Responsibility

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children's use of our Apps. While we design our Apps to be safe and age-appropriate, we encourage parents to be involved in their children's digital experiences. Parents are responsible for managing subscription purchases and in-app settings.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our Apps will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. We make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of the educational content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Adamal Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Apps, including but not limited to loss of data or profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Platform Terms

Your use of our Apps is also subject to the terms and conditions of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, as applicable. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the platform terms, the platform terms shall prevail with respect to matters within the platform provider's control.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Apps at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. You may stop using our Apps at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Apps ceases immediately. Sections related to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
